Taizhou Yuanying Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. started production in 2023 in Taizhou, Zhejiang. Our factory covers more than 3,000 square meters. Our monthly production capacity reaches 3 million meters. We have 8 professional extrusion lines, including 6 double-layer lines and 2 triple-layer lines. These production lines allow us to manufacture hoses for different pressure requirements. Our core technicians have more than ten years of experience in the hose industry. Strong and Reliable Under Pressure
Our High Pressure Braided PVC Tubing features a double-layer braided mesh reinforcement structure. The braided layer provides excellent strength and stability under pressure. The working pressure ranges from 0.8 to 1.8 MPa. The burst pressure ranges from 1.5 to 3.0 MPa. The outer wear-resistant layer has a thickness of 0.4 to 0.7 mm. The impact strength is not less than 20 MPa. The double braided structure helps the hose maintain stable performance under high water pressure and reduces the risk of bursting. The outer layer provides additional wear resistance, allowing the hose to withstand dragging and friction during use. This product is suitable for car washing, high-pressure irrigation, construction site water transfer, and other demanding applications. All sizes can be customized according to your requirements.
Third-Party Inspection and OEM Support
We accept third-party inspections, and you are welcome to visit our factory. For regular orders, we require a 30% deposit, and the remaining 70% balance is paid after inspection. We support OEM and ODM services to meet different customer requirements. Our factory is equipped with 20 extruders and 9 winding machines. With a monthly production capacity of 3 million meters, we can handle large-volume orders efficiently.
