Taizhou Yuanying Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Taizhou, Zhejiang, in 2023. Driven by the founding mission of "perfecting the single pipe," the company began operations in an 800-square-meter workshop with just two basic production lines, focusing intently on process stability and quality refinement for PVC wire-reinforced hoses.
In the early stages, the trust and direct feedback from our initial clients enabled us to continuously refine our formulations and optimize our molds and winding processes. Customer critiques served as stepping stones for technical iteration, while rigorous market scrutiny validated our "small yet specialized" strategy, gradually embedding a "customer pain-point-oriented" ethos into our corporate DNA.
As market recognition grew, the company undertook technical upgrades and capacity expansion. We scaled up from the original two lines to a diverse setup comprising six "two-layer/one-wire" lines, two "three-layer/two-wire" lines, and one dedicated line for plastic-ribbed hoses. Our product portfolio evolved from simple PVC wire-reinforced hoses to include multi-layer composite air hoses, high-pressure water hoses, and specialized plastic-ribbed reinforced hoses, underpinned by our mastery of precision extrusion and multi-layer co-extrusion technologies.
From our initial 800-square-meter workshop to our current cluster of modern production lines, we have steadfastly maintained our positioning as a "specialized boutique manufacturer," focusing exclusively on the niche sector of PVC and rubber-plastic hoses. Established in June 2023 and based in Taizhou, Zhejiang, Taizhou Yuanying Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer integrating R&D, production, and sales of PVC and rubber-plastic pneumatic and water hoses. Although the company is newly established, its core team possesses over a decade of industry experience. We remain committed to a development strategy focused on being "compact, specialized, and premium," deeply cultivating the niche market of fluid transmission tubing.
In terms of production capacity, three years of growth have transformed us from a startup with an 800-square-meter facility and two production lines into a substantial manufacturer operating eight specialized extrusion lines, with an annual output value exceeding 20 million RMB. Our production capabilities include six lines for "two-layer rubber/one-layer fiber" hoses (ensuring mass production of standard tubing), two lines for "three-layer rubber/two-layer fiber" hoses (supporting multi-layer co-extruded composite tubing), and one dedicated line for plastic-reinforced hoses (customized, high-strength, vacuum-resistant products), as we continuously advance our core precision extrusion technologies.
Regarding products and services, we specialize in PVC spiral hoses, rubber-plastic composite pneumatic hoses, high-pressure water hoses, and plastic-reinforced hoses, serving sectors such as pneumatic tools, agricultural irrigation, industrial dust extraction, and garden machinery. Our Product
We specialize in PVC and rubber-plastic hoses, including PVC single-layer hoses, wire-reinforced hoses, and garden hoses; rubber-plastic garden hoses and air hoses; as well as TPE water hoses and air hoses.
Product Application
PVC hoses and single-layer hoses are suitable for general liquid transfer; garden hoses, rubber-plastic water hoses, and TPE water hoses are primarily used for landscaping, agricultural irrigation, and water conveyance.
Reinforced rubber-plastic air hoses differ from standard single-layer air hoses by offering greater flexibility, higher pressure resistance, superior aging resistance, and ease of handling; they are suitable for applications such as woodworking, exterior wall spraying, and gas transmission.
