Air reel hoses have similar applications to water reel hoses because they are both used with automatic reel systems. However, air reel hoses transport compressed air instead of water. Therefore, air tightness becomes a key performance requirement. The hose must also resist oil exposure from air compressors. We developed this product with an oil-resistant formula to prevent hardening, cracking, and performance loss after long-term contact with oil.
Reliable Air Tightness for Long-Term Reel Applications
Our Hose for Air Reel has a reciprocating rewinding rebound rate of not less than 90%. The working air pressure is 0.6 to 0.9 MPa, and the burst pressure is 1.5 to 2.5 MPa. Its expansion fatigue life exceeds 12,000 cycles. The hose maintains stable air tightness without pressure loss during long-term operation.
The special oil-resistant material formula helps the hose maintain flexibility after repeated exposure to compressor oil. The hose recovers its shape quickly after bending and does not become stiff easily. Its reinforced structure allows it to handle frequent extension and rewinding on automatic reel systems.

For customized orders, we require a 50% deposit before production. We also follow a strict production method: we complete small trial batches first and begin mass production only after confirming product stability.
